Having faced the challenges of securing and managing in-home care for the elderly and disabled firsthand, Barbara Hedges founded Rainbow Home Care in 1996. Inspired by her own struggles in finding quality and affordable homecare for her aging parent, Barbara dedicated herself to exceeding expectations in providing care. With over 20 years of industry experience as a certified In-Home Care Manager, Barbara focused on upholding quality standards and going above and beyond in offering additional assistance and resources.
The Rainbow Home Care honors the path Barbara paved and her legacy will go on for many years to come.

Magda Rodriguez, serving as CEO/President at Rainbow, plays a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of care, fostering dedicated communication with family members and service coordinators, and ensuring peace of mind throughout the entire support system. With over 25 years of experience as a trained and certified Psychiatric Technician, Ms. Rodriguez has been dedicated to serving Southern California's disabled population.
Before joining Rainbow, Magda refined her qualifications at Fairview Developmental Center, gaining crucial experience in support vital to our population. At Rainbow, Magda has excelled in various roles such as caregiving, scheduling, program coordination, human resources, marketing, and financial planning.
Magda's dynamic personality, patience, coupled with her extensive industry experience and technical knowledge, position Rainbow as an unparalleled provider of in-home care in Orange County and East Los Angeles.
